Had some wedding menus, seating plan, table numbers and place settings printed here. Out of all the items only the table numbers were cut straight. I managed to fix the everything but the place settings myself as they were too crooked to fix and unusable. I went back to the shop and told the owner that I was unhappy with the results. He was very rude when I asked for a refund on the place settings telling me I was being picky and annoying. He ended up giving me a small refund but hardly covered the cost of what I paid.
